Breathe Easy is exactly what it sounds like, a visual exhale.
Blue is intentional here, not just aesthetic, but emotional. It's the color of calm, of depth, of stillness. A signal to the nervous system to slow down.
Soft movement, layered blues, fluid textures, designed to create a pause. A moment to step away from mental noise and into something quieter.
Because healing doesn't always start with action. Sometimes it starts with simply noticing.
There was a period of my life where anxiety, emotional heaviness, and unhealthy coping habits disconnected me from myself.
Creating became the first thing that helped me slow down long enough to feel present again.
I paint because it's how I process. And I share the work because I believe the act of witnessing something still can be its own form of relief.

Butterfly Effect is rooted in the idea that small moments of awareness can shift the trajectory of a life.
Through art and merch, a portion of every purchase goes directly to mental health initiatives.
My mission isn't to define healing, it's to create space for it. To remind others that even after disconnection, return is possible.
And sometimes it begins with simply pausing long enough to Breathe Easy.

My mission is to give back to mental health initiatives and create tangible ways for others to feel supported, seen, and connected.
