There was a period of my life where anxiety, emotional heaviness, and unhealthy coping habits disconnected me from myself.
Creating became the first thing that helped me slow down long enough to feel present again.
I paint because it's how I process. And I share the work because I believe the act of witnessing something still can be its own form of relief.
